Short Biography

Muhamad Hariz Adnan is a researcher in Artificial Intelligence: autonomous negotiation, optimization and data mining. He has enrolled in Ph.D. in IT programme at the Computer and Sciences Department at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) in November 2014 after having worked as a System Analyst and IT Lecturer. He is also the IT Manager at AUTO SOFT, a company he helped co-founded.

His main interest lies in the autonomous decision making using algorithms to help human make decisions such as in negotiations. Particular interest is in the development of Machine Learning algorithm that analyzes data to make informed decisions.

Currently, the new interest is in entrepreneurship, pre-commercialization, and commercialization of the technologies and cloud-based platforms.

Research Interests :
Autonomous negotiation, Multi-agents, Genetic Algorithms, Hyper-heuristics, Data Mining, and Artificial Intelligence.
